Reservations
Reservations are recommended and can be made by phone. We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the booking time. For parties of six or more, please contact us directly to arrange. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice in exceptional circumstances.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability.
Dining Policies
We welcome children and will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies — please inform us when booking. MeZen is a non-smoking establishment; smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Private Dining
Private dining arrangements are subject to a separate agreement, including a tailored menu and minimum spend. Cancellation terms for private events will be communicated at the time of booking.
Liability
MeZen Restaurant takes every care in the preparation and service of food and beverages. However, we cannot accept liability for allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided. Guests are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary needs.
